     - ในภาวะปกติผมพวกเราก็ร่วงได้อยู่แล้ว

     ไม่ว่าผมร่วงนั้นจะร้ายแรงมากน้อยแค่ไหน ก็อย่าละเลย ลองตรวจเช็คดูว่าเรามีผมหล่นมากมายต่อวันหรือเปล่า ถ้าหากมีลักษณะอาการผมร่วงมากไม่ปกติก็ควรเจอหรือขอความเห็นแพทย์เพื่อหาวิธีลดผมหล่นที่เหมาะสม

     แนวทางลดผมตกแบบทันควัน

     - วิธีลดผมตกสิ่งแรกที่จำต้องทำคือหาต้นเหตุของผมตก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผมหล่นจากโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ เพราะว่าเมื่อหามูลเหตุได้แล้วจะต้องหยุดมูลเหตุนั้นๆโดยทันที อาทิเช่นถ้าเกิดผมร่วงจากการใช้ยาก็ต้องหยุดยา ผมร่วงจากสภาวะเครียด ภาวการณ์ติดเชื้อ ไข้สูง แม้ต้นเหตุถูกกำจัดแล้วผมร่วงก็จะลดลงในทันทีใน 1 เดือน

     - จำต้องบำรุงรากผมทันที แนวทางลดผมตกด้วยการทานสารอาหารจำเป็นจะต้อง โดยยิ่งไปกว่านั้นโปรตีนแล้วก็วิตามินแร่จำเป็นต้องต่อรากผม หมั่นพิเคราะห์ภาวะย่อยอาหารว่ามีปัญหาไหม สามารถเสริมอาหารของรากผมได้อีกทั้งโดยการกินหรือการฉีดสุดแต่ความจำเป็น

     - ต้องฟื้นฟูรากผมในระยะถัดมา การกระตุ้นรากผมให้หลั่งสารปรับปรุงแก้ไขซ่อนแซมตัวเอง ได้แก่วิธีการทำ PRPการฉายเลเซอร์พลังงานต่ำ การเสริมด้วย growth factors จะเป็นประโยชน์ในระยะการฟื้นตัวของรากผม
