'ใบเตย' เครียด กินมิได้ นอนไม่หลับ นอนเรือนจำคืนแรก 'ดีเจแมน' กินได้-นอนหลับ ไม่มีภาวการณ์เครียด 'กรมราชทัณฑ์' กระทั่งถึงปฏิบัติต่อผู้ต้องขังด้วยความทัดเทียมเสมอภาค

ข้างหลัง ศาลไม่อนุญาตให้ปล่อยตัวปล่อยใจชั่วครั้งคราว นายพัฒนพล กุญชร (นักจัดรายการวิทยุแมน) แล้วก็ นางสาวสุธีวัน กุญชรหรือทวีสิน (ใบเตย) พร้อมพวก รวม 6 ราย คดีด้วยกันฉ้อโกงแชร์ Forex-3D ในคดีหลอกลวงด้วยกันนำเข้าสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์อันเป็นเท็จโดยประการที่คงจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่ราษฎร,ร่วมกันกู้หนี้ยืมสินที่เป็นการคดโกงประชากรและด้วยกันฉ้อโกง ตอนวันที่ 9 พ.ค.ก่อนหน้านี้ที่ผ่านมา

ล่าสุดเมื่อเวลา 09.00 น. วันที่ 10 เดือนพฤษภาคม2566 นายสิทธิ สุธีสกุล รองอธิบดีกรมราชทัณฑ์ ในฐานะ พิธีกรประจำกรมราชทัณฑ์ กล่าวมาว่า กล่าวว่า กรมราชทัณฑ์ได้รับรายงานจากที่คุมขังหญิงกลาง แล้วก็คุกพิเศษกกรุงเทวดามหานครว่า ได้รับตัวทั้งยัง 6 ราย เอาไว้ภายในการควบคุมเป็นระเบียบแล้ว โดยได้ปฏิบัติงานตรวจดูทำทะเบียนประวัติ ประเมินสุขภาพเบื้องต้น และส่งตัวไปสู่ห้องแยกกักโรคผู้ต้องขังรับใหม่จากด้านนอก ตามมาตรการป้องกันเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 เมื่อครบกำหนดจะส่งตัวเข้าแดนแรกรับถัดไป
นายสิทธิ บอกว่า เช้าวันนี้ได้รับรายงานเพิ่มเติมว่า ใบเตย มีลักษณะอาการเครียดนิดหน่อย นอนไม่หลับ และก็ยังไม่รับประทานอาหาร ซึ่งใบเตยร่วมมือกับข้าราชการใน การปฏิบัติตัวตามข้อกำหนดของเรือนจำฯอย่างดีเยี่ยม ส่วน นักจัดรายการวิทยุแมน รับประทานอาหารได้ นอนพักได้ ไม่มีสภาพการณ์ความเครียด และก็ประพฤติตามระเบียบปฏิบัติของคุกตามปกติ

กรมราชทัณฑ์ ขอเรียนว่า การกระทำต่อใบเตย ดีเจแมนและก็พวก เป็นไปตามมาตรการรับตัวผู้จำเป็นต้องขังเข้าใหม่จากข้างนอกตามธรรมดา และมีนโยบายปฏิบัติต่อผู้ต้องขังด้วยความเท่าเทียมเท่าเทียมกัน พร้อมดูแลผู้ต้องขังตามหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน
